1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Travio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy or modify the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Travio offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier includes limited access to features as described in the App.

4.1 Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit Apple's support page or contact Apple directly.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the App, including saved places, trip plans, and photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to bypass any security or access controls
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without permission
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google Places API, OpenAI, Apple Maps, and social media platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. AI-Generated Content

Travio uses artificial intelligence to generate place descriptions, local tips, and trip itineraries. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Travio and protected by intellectual property laws. The Travio name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
